What are the responsibilities and job description for the Returns Clerk position at Georgia Crown?

Overview :

Join our team at Alabama Crown Distributing Co. as a full time Returns Clerk in Alabaster Al.

Responsibilities :

Daily job requirements include but are not limited to below :

Verify and document return products from spoke locations against return invoice.
Key in return products via WMS system.
Document and remove from inventory damaged products identified during return check in process.
Document and remove from inventory spoilage products identified during return check in process.
Remove from inventory damaged products from both day shift and night shift warehouse operations activities.
Filing of all paperwork in proper locations.
Assist in cycle counting of products in warehouse (flow racks and floor locations)
Local market driver returns check in.
Participate in monthly inventories.
Key in inventory into WMS system that has been reclaimed from breakage area.
Overtime as needed / Required
Assist in monthly inventory activities

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Manhattan WMS experience preferred.

Ability to write and understand English language

Ability to use basic computer programs : Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Ability to type and 10 key data into WMS system.

Attention to detail to ensure the safety of self and others.

Must possess an understanding of OSHA safety rules for warehouse work.

Willingness to work with other team members to achieve company goals.

Must be able to pass background checks (i.e. reference checks, police backgrounds)
