Dental Office Manager – American Dental of LaGrange
At American Dental of LaGrange, we are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our wonderful team and help us provide exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow, timely patient scheduling, and high-quality service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a dedicated team of dental professionals, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support they need to succeed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Patient Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, address patient inquiries, and ensure an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Financial & Insurance Coordination: Manage patient billing, verify insurance, and assist with financial arrangements, including payment plans. Ensure timely and accurate claim submissions and follow-ups.
- Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments, ensuring clear communication and excellent patient care.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with regulations and office policies.
- Scheduling & Office Operations: Manage the practice schedule, including appointment bookings, patient reminders, and office supplies. Ensure the office is running efficiently and smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental office management, treatment coordination, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus.
