Qualification:
Experience in developing goals and performance measures for counseling activities or programs. Experience in supervising staff in the provision of individual and/or group counseling for a caseload of clients. Good knowledge of legal and professional service standards for counseling programs. Good knowledge of correctional practices applicable to counseling services and demonstration of leadership skills and ability to coach others in goal accomplishments. Advanced interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
