We are searching for individuals with experience in supervising in a food service capacity to work with offenders overseeing meal production at Walker State Prison. This position works directly with offenders in the kitchen and serving meals. You will be responsible for maintaining records of materials and ingredients, delegating tasks, and ensuring kitchen meets applicable health and safety criteria.
**This is a salaried position with 10% pay increase after 12 months of satisfactory performance**
Job Requirements

- Experience working in food service preferred
- Must have high school diploma or GED
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises and monitors offenders preparing and serving food
- Supervises offenders maintaining compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Checks delivery contents in order to verify product quantity
