Comments:
This position primarily focuses on pension reporting and employee voluntary deductions. Tasks include but are not limited to: ERS & TRS with emphasis on reconciliation, payment remittals, adjustments, historical payroll research, reporting and other adjustments as determined. Voluntary deduction tasks focus on reconciliation, research and payment remittals. Support third-party requests and employee inquiries with a high degree of sensitivity, confidentiality, and strong customer service skills. Assists Payroll department team members as needed. Additional duties/projects as assigned.
