The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS),The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking candidates for the position of Bilingual Child Support Customer Services Rep 2 for the Communication Center. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Note: This is a telework position. Compliance with the State of GA teleworking policy requirements and maintenance of high-speed internet access are requirements for persons approved to telework.

Pay Grade: FUnder general supervision, communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicates Child Support obligations and communicates necessary information to ensure obligations are met.
- Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence, and direct contact.
- Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
- Obtains and documents detailed information.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Home-based technology that is equipped with a Windows based operating system and high-speed internet access in order to receive the agency’s software applications required for candidates approved to telework.
- Compliance with State of GA teleworking policy requirements.
- Excellent oral, written, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and/or standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment.
- High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-related experience.
- One (1) year of experience at the lower level Child Support Cust Svc Rep 1 (SST090) or position equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree from an approved, accredited college or university AND Two (2) years of call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent AND Two (2) years of call center experience.
