Spill Response Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage spill response efforts across diverse environments and hazardous material scenarios.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive spill response plans in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
• Partner with local authorities, environmental groups, and community stakeholders to optimize response strategies.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and deliver emergency preparedness training to internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting for all spill-related investigations and response activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification required
• Demonstrated experience in environmental spill response or emergency management, with a strong preference for leadership roles
• In-depth understanding of environmental regulations and industry-standard safety protocols
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and clearly conveying technical information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $91,506.00 per year
