We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a contracted basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of equipment, facilities, and systems. This is a hands-on role requiring the technician to provide their own tools and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment breakdowns and costly repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Document and report all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task.
