We are seeking an experienced Optical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in optical sales and management.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the optical department, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all patients and customers
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized optical department
- Work closely with the optometrist to ensure seamless patient care
