We are seeking an experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of opticians and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of opticians to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to our patients

- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively

- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Assist patients with selecting eyewear and lenses that meet their needs

- Perform basic repairs and adjustments on eyewear

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the optical industry
