Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively contact policyholders to provide updates and address account actions.
- Engage with customers in cancellation status, follow up on terminated policies, and address rejected payments (NSF).
- Reach out to customers at risk of late payments and handle sensitive financial matters with care to retain customers.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Additional tasks will be discussed on a day-to-day basis.
