In this role, you will serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that every patient receives the quality care they deserve. You will work collaboratively with our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team to provide exceptional care.

Requirements

- The ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs. ">
