We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Georgia Hospice Care. As a traveling hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and families, providing essential nursing care and support in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Travel throughout your designated region, potentially staying overnight, to provide essential nursing care to patients
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: Two or more years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting required; at least one year of hospice experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift at least 25 lbs, and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
