Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Georgia Hospice Care, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patients and create personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of support and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
