Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated overnight Caregiver (s) to assist an elderly couple in their home. The ideal candidate will provide essential support assisting with mobility, personal grooming, medication, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Candidate will offer companionship, emotional support, foster a positive environment, monitor health status, and report any concerns to family members.
Hours are 10pm to 6am, seven days a week in Lima, Ohio.
We're open to two caregivers splitting the nights.
Experience
- Previous experience in home care required.
- Experience with dementia patient required.
- CNA/LPN preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and medication administration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
