Job Summary
The iCertis CLM Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for clients. The successful candidate will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's requirements. The role requires strong project management skills, experience in implementing iCertis CLM, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of iCertis CLM for clients, including project planning, scoping, and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution meets their needs.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including internal and external teams.
- Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and clients to ensure that the project is on track.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the client and internal stakeholders.
- Work with the iCertis technical team to ensure that the solution is configured and customized to meet the client's requirements.
- Manage the testing and deployment of the solution.
- Provide training and support to clients as needed.
