Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and certified Employee Central Lead for a part-time role to oversee the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Central, with public sector experience being highly desirable. The role involves a commitment of three days per week, totaling 153 days over the contract period.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Central Implementation : Lead the implementation of Employee Central for our U.S. operations, ensuring that the system is configured to meet the organization's needs.
- People Profile Management : Oversee the setup and management of People Profiles within Employee Central, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
- Mash Up Integrations : Manage up to three Mash Up Integrations, facilitating seamless integration between Employee Central and other systems.
- Point-to-Point Replication : Implement point-to-point replication to S4 / Hana, ensuring data consistency and synchronization across platforms.
