Position Summary : We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting business and technical requirements for mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, with a focus on mobile platform development, and a track record of success in similar roles. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for new mobile platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to ensure the successful delivery of platform features.
- Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for improvements and enhancements of the mobile platform.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with the creation of test scenarios and validation of test results during user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market trends and competitive analysis.
