JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for driving, leading, and aligning an existing Agile team of the technical direction and vision as it pertains to the maturation & evolution of the eRelease solution, assisting in the establishment of the technical direction, resolving technical disagreements, and managing the technical quality of team deliverables.
- Technical design and deployment of new & existing products.
- Hands on configuration / coding of users and groups, document types, properties, lifecycles, workflows, picklists, notifications, record sets, security, etc.
- Analyze, architect, and develop seamless integration services leveraging various API, Microservices, FTP, SFTP architecture / development patterns.
- Creation and maintenance of system artifacts and validation deliverables.
- Lead Product Team operating in DevOps model to deliver IT solutions.
- Must be able to garner respect from the team and be willing to provide hands-on support to deliver results.
- Provides feasibility analysis of solutions on the eRelease Platform.
- Leadership participation in all team aspects of Agile : requirement grooming, story pointing, sprint planning, scrum coordination, unblocking, help teams assess and address their 'Agile Maturity'.
- Drive all aspects of cloud development, including both migration of existing applications to AWS and developing new, cloud-native solutions
- Helps with solution design of business requirements and works with software engineers, test engineers and architects to prioritize business requirements.
- Supports formal validation with scrum-team and business testers.
- Supports and strengthens technical knowledge base across the eRelease platform.
