Position Overview :
As a Senior Technology Program Manager with a strong understanding of Data and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs, with a specific focus on data-related initiatives. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution across all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project and Program Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data-focused projects and programs. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery within budget and time constraints.
- Data Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of data management, data governance, data analytics, and related technologies. Provide guidance on best practices, data quality assurance, data integration, and data security measures to ensure the successful implementation of data projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including data owners, analysts, and subject matter experts, to understand their needs, priorities, and requirements. Effectively translate these requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications for the technology team.
- Cross-Functional Team Management : Build and lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, developers, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to ensure successful project execution.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to data projects and work proactively to develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize any negative impact on project outcomes.
