Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, particularly within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
Must-Have Skills:
5 7 years of experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools
Strong understanding of client-server architecture, databases, system design, and data modeling
Experience in financial services, ideally with CRM, sales/distribution systems, or sales compensation (preferably in asset management firms)
Proven experience interacting with business users and stakeholders
Familiarity with SDLC/Agile and tools like Jira
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Snowflake Data Platform
Knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience writing business and functional requirements
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred)
