Job Description:
We are seeking a RPA Lead / Senior Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead automation projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure best practices in RPA development.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop UiPath automation solutions to optimize business processes.
Lead RPA development efforts, ensuring best practices and scalability.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bots for performance.
Maintain and enhance existing automation workflows.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in software development, with 5 years in RPA (UiPath).
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Hands-on experience in workflow automation, bots, and API integrations.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, .NET, or VBA is a plus.
Experience in process analysis, design, and solutioning.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
