- Handle phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
