Our agency is looking to hire an NP for a locums to perm position at a community health center in Elizabeth City, NC.

Start : ASAP, locums for one month, then convert to direct hire by the health center
Hours :
Elizabeth City Location
M-8a-8p
T - 9a-6p
W- 9a - 6p
F - 8a-1p
Tyner Location : Th - 9a-6p
15-17 patients per day
All ages
EMR - E Clinic Works
Staff : 2 CMA's
For Locums : $80 per hour, plus mileage
Local Candidates only
For perm : Salary negotiable
Requirements :
Must have 3-5 years primary care experience
Must have NC NP license
Clean background and licensure
Able to commute to both locations
Salary : $80
