Our agency is in need of an FNP to provide interim coverage to an employee/family primary care clinic in Clarendon, VT.

Hours: Mon, Tues & Thurs Only - 8:30a - 4:30p
- we have an additional job posting for same type coverage in Manchester Center, VT for Weds only 4/23-7/16 if you'd prefer an additional day and don't mind going between two sites)
Primary Care for employees & their families
Ages 6
$90 per hour
Malpractice Paid
Shadow Training Paid (4 hours)
Module Training Paid (2 hours)
Requirements:Must have clean, active VT FNP licensure
Must have clean background
Must have 2 years primary care experience as FNP
Salary : $90
