Hours: M-F, 8a-4p
Scope: basic primary care, acute care to employees and families age 2
$90 per hour
Paid module training (2 hrs)
Paid shadow training (4 hrs)
Requirements:
Must have clean, active IN licensure
Must have clean background
Must have 2 years of primary care experience
