FNP needed to cover an onsite, employee & family primary care clinic in Edmonton, KY.
Dates of Coverage : March 17-March 31
Hours : M, W, TH, F - 8a-4p, T - 6a-3p
Scope :
Basic primary care for employees and family ages 3
8-10 patients per day
General primary care, wellness
90 per hour
Paid shadow training
Paid module training
Paid malpractice
Local only
Requirements :
Must have active, clear KY FNP licensure
Must have clean background check
Must be able to reliably commute
Must have 2 years primary care experience as FNP
Salary : $90
