Description
This position is responsible for the admissions functions of the campus. This position assists prospective students through the admissions process from application to enrollment. Enrollment coaches must be dynamic and possess the ability to interpret and apply appropriate rules to varying student specific situations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
- Working with prospective students and applicants in person, by phone, email, and text. Independently makes admission decisions about academic requirements creates and maintains budget for office.
- Assist applicants with the admissions process utilizing Recruit and Colleague, provides basic financial aid information, conducts campus tours, reviews transcripts for necessary admissions requirements, determines the need for and schedules placement testing and makes decisions about admitting applicants into GMC.
- Scheduling students for orientations and registration appointments with the graduation coach.
- Other duties as assigned
*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.

Qualifications
Education
Required: Associate degree
Preferred: Bachelors degree
Experience
Required: One (1) or more years in customer service
Preferred: College admissions experience
Skills
Required: Customer service, strong written and verbal skills, phone communication, and organizational skills
Preferred: Experience working with Recruit and Colleague
