Description

Office Manager- Medical Assistant/LPN

Job Summary:

Georgia Mountains Health is a Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC), Primary Care facility that is mission driven to provide access to care by providing professional, compassionate and affordable, quality healthcare to our communities. We are looking for an Office Manager with medical (MA or LPN) and supervision experience, to oversee the daily operations of our Dahlonega medical clinic and Dahlonega elementary school-based clinic. Work schedule: 8a-5p, M-F, no nights, no weekends and holidays off. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to create and maintain a productive and positive work environment. Some key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Primarily office management duties with front/back-office coverage as needed.
  • Responsible for office flow and operations within the clinic.
  • Responsible for the direction, supervision, and coordination of operational activities and personnel within the clinic.
  • Supervision of patient scheduling, billing and collection procedures at front desk, and patient surveys.
  • Daily/weekly reports and basic payroll.

Requirements:

  • 3 yearsexperience in physician’s office or hospital preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/management position required.
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in business or health care administration preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Satisfactory background check and drug test required.
