Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultative guidance and support to ensure a thorough understanding and effective application of HR policies and procedures within the organization.
- Act as the primary HR liaison for the region, building robust relationships to integrate HR initiatives and align them with the business culture.
- Recommend strategies to enhance workplace culture and elevate organizational effectiveness.
- Deliver guidance to management on nurturing employee relations and develop strategic recommendations to proactively address and positively resolve workplace matters.
- Act as an intermediary, connecting the business unit and employees with broader HR resources and services as necessary.
- Will need to actively participate in company storm duty responsibilities (ie, logistics, afterhours and weekend work)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- 2 years of HR or related consulting experience is required
- Proven track record in major HR disciplines and working with diverse employee groups.
- MS Office Suite required
- Oracle HCM experience preferred
- Display proven consulting abilities across various levels of the organization, from individual contributors to management, with a strong ability to influence, develop, coach, and motivate teams for performance excellence.
- Utilize creative and objective problem-solving with a diplomatic touch and a proactive stance on driving and managing change, taking calculated risks when necessary.
- Exhibit a flexible approach to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks while maintaining a commitment to results and demonstrating an ability to work independently with initiative and minimal guidance.
- Forge solid client relationships, deliver adaptive HR consulting services, and facilitate engaging presentations, all while upholding confidentiality and guiding HR compliance with legal and internal standards.
