Are you experienced in managing a household? We have a family in Powder Springs seeking a live-out House Manager/Nanny for their two children (7,8) They’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has good judgment, is experienced and proactive, takes initiative, and has an outgoing, active personality.
You’ll start each shift with house management duties, including family laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, meal prep, running errands, maintaining the home calendar, organizing projects, and tidying up. The mother typically picks up the children at 3:30, but if she’s unavailable, she’ll ask for your assistance. During the last hour, they’d love someone highly engaging with the children—playing outside, doing arts and crafts, or encouraging their daughter’s piano practice. Other duties include light housekeeping, cooking for the children, and grocery shopping. While not required, it’s a bonus if you’re open to occasional travel with the family (2-3 times a year) and the possibility of overnight stays. They are also looking for someone that can work more hours during the summer.
- Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- If you need a five-day schedule, the family is open to flexibility.
