Special Needs Nanny & House Manager – Smyrna, GA
A loving family in Smyrna is seeking a highly engaging, patient, and structured Special Needs Nanny & House Manager to support their home and care for their child. The ideal candidate is warm, positive, detail-oriented, and excellent at providing clear instructions before activities. A love for dogs is essential, as pet care is part of the daily routine.
During the school year, (DURING THE SUMMER HE WILL BE IN CAMPS BUT WILL STILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP BY NANNY) a typical day begins with taking the family’s dogs outside for a potty break, followed by light housekeeping, such as making beds, tidying toys, feeding the dogs, and managing household laundry. The nanny will also prepare snacks and supper for their son. Around 4 p.m., the nanny will pick up their son, from the bus stop, ensure a potty break as needed, and provide snacks before heading home or to after-school activities. Once home, the focus will be on getting him dinner, assisting with homework, and providing engaging care until 6 p.m. Dog potty breaks will be provided every two hours.
