Key Responsibilities:
- Process and close SBA 7a loans and USDA B&I loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and established procedures.
- Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes.
- Analyze loan applications, pull reports, and compare tax returns to facilitate loan closings.
- Communicate effectively with loan officers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records, including borrower files and loan data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of previous commercial lending experience, preferably in government lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
