We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining inventory control to provide an outstanding dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front of house staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
- Implement food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation as needed, collaborating with cooks and kitchen staff.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management role within a quick service fast food restaurant or casual dining setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food handling regulations.
- Experience in fine dining is a plus but not required.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
