L2 Technical Support

Location: Cincinnati, OH/Norwich, NY/Grand Rapids, MI/Clearwater. FL/ Bohemia, NY/Vandalia, OH/Dayton, OH/Pompano Beach. FL/Lynn, MA/ West Jefferson, NC



L2 Technical Support – Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as needed
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
  • Document issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
  • Experience in an enterprise IT environment
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation
