- Proven experience as a Payroll Expert, with a strong understanding of US payroll processes and some international payroll experience.
- Ability to review and document processes and create SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Flexibility to jump in and assist with BAU activities as needed.
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
- Experience with payroll software and systems.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
