Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Service to Sales UpGrade Specialist. This position is key to our dealership's success, working with service customers to identify and create opportunities for sales and vehicle acquisitions. Whether it's helping customers purchase or lease new vehicles or assisting them in selling or trading their current vehicles, this role requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with service customers to facilitate vehicle purchases, leases, and trades during their service visits.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for showroom visits and test drives, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process.
- Utilize CRM software to track service drive prospects, manage customer interactions, and drive sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant digital tools.
