Position Overview:
As a BDC Representative at Audi West Chester, you will play a critical role in handling initial customer communications, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and managing customer interactions to facilitate both sales and service. By supporting our sales and service teams, you will help streamline the customer journey, allowing them to focus on delivering an exceptional experience while you handle the initial stages of engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Management:
- Identify potential customers through online inquiries, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads and ensure they are ready for the sales or service teams.
- Effectively manage leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
Inbound and Outbound Communication:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from potential customers, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and generate new business opportunities.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule service or sales appointments for customers, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure accurate data entry in the scheduling system.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Build and nurture positive customer relationships with regular follow-ups.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in marketing efforts, including generating and sending letters, postcards, and emails to potential customers.
- Support promotional campaigns and help drive customer engagement.
Follow-up and Reminders:
- Provide follow-up calls and reminders to customers regarding appointments and other important details.
- Ensure timely and professional communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive and professional first impression.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development (automotive industry preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
