Position: Automotive Sales Representative
Location: BMW of Southampton
Potential Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 Annually
What You'll Do:
Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and profit.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process. Offer test drives and ensure every detail is covered for a seamless buying experience.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, products, and services to offer expert guidance to your customers.
Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, ongoing customer connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales manager and finance team to streamline the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Drive & Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for cars and the drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
Flexible Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (but no Sundays or holidays).
Sales Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—we value a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions.
Self-Starter: A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow within a successful team.
