Position Overview:
Porsche Conshohocken is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer journey, ensuring exceptional service standards, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and elevate the end-to-end customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.
- Manage and execute cooperate events for up to 200 guests that align with luxury retail standards.
- Lead the customer service team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every client.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to create personalized experiences that align with Porsche’s brand values.
- Train and develop staff on customer service best practices and brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct interaction, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Ensure that Porsche’s high standards of service are consistently upheld.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or management, ideally in the luxury automotive or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing top-tier service.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Porsche products and the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong passion for the Porsche brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus but not required.
