Position: Parts Counterperson
Location: Danbury Volkswagon
Your Role:
- Efficient Assistance: Help both retail and shop customers select the parts they need in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Prompt & Effective Communication: Answer phone calls swiftly, offering price quotes and detailed information as required.
- Inventory Management: Pull and fill orders from stock, replenish inventory daily, and follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with new products and product updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years of automotive parts experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Experience with CDK is highly recommended.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with an enthusiastic presence in a team environment, strong written and communication skills, and a consistent work history.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with a strong work ethic.
