Are you passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy providing top-notch customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Parts Counterperson to join our exceptional team. This role offers the opportunity to support our retail customers, wholesale clients, and internal staff in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Position: Parts Counterperson
Location: Auburn Toyota Subaru
Potential Compensation: $15.00 commission on gross profit

Your Role:

Efficient Assistance: Help both retail and shop customers select the parts they need in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Prompt & Effective Communication: Answer phone calls swiftly, offering price quotes and detailed information as required.

Inventory Management: Pull and fill orders from stock, replenish inventory daily, and follow up on back-ordered parts.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with new products and product updates.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2-5 years of automotive parts experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Experience with CDK is highly recommended.

Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.

Attributes: Self-motivated with an enthusiastic presence in a team environment, strong written and communication skills, and a consistent work history.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with a strong work ethic.
