Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing caregivers to clients within 72 hours of receiving a referral. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that caregivers are assigned quickly and accurately, providing high-quality care to clients across Connecticut. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask, excellent time management skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external staffing needs
• Assign clients to the appropriate caregiver
• Use Sandata software
• Use Caresmartz360 Software
• Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff and use to secure last-minute coverage
• Communicate with caregivers regarding any updates or changes to their schedule
• Communicate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 Years experience with Sandata
• Previous experience as a Home Care Scheduler or in a similar position is preferred
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
