Job Description:
- Recruit applicants through Career Plug, Job Fairs, Social Media, Local Businesses, and more.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
- Process Applicant's Paperwork
- Organize and Maintain Electronic Files in Asana
- Processing Employee Paperwork and Inputting into Software
- Keep track of expiring documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls
Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred.
Salary : $17 - $20
