Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Execute carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by performing light cooking tasks when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods, including custodial work and hotel cleaning standards.
