Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing to promote self-esteem and comfort.
- Provide meal preparation and assistance during mealtime to ensure proper nutrition.
- Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary, to help them move safely within their environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that stimulate cognitive function, particularly for those with dementia or memory-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Document daily activities and report any changes in client behavior or condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver.

- Strong understanding of senior care principles, including dementia care and memory care techniques.
