Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic, driven Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architect. In this role, you will design and oversee implementation of unique and exciting projects through all phases of work, starting with Schematic / Concept Design through Construction.

- Strong working knowledge of permitting and regulations in our markets
- Ability to analyze environmental reports and provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability
- Proficient in BYLA Standards, including graphics, symbols, schedules and legends
- Quality control of materials and budgets based on clients needs and desires with climate focus
- Manage permit sets, outline specifications, schedules, and details
- Assist with and / or review submittals, RFIs, and installation during construction
- Delegate to junior staff in an appropriate manner with the intention to teach and grow them while maintaining quality of deliverable standards
- Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan
- Provide timely updates to Principal in charge
- Help to cultivate a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation
- Extensive knowledge of plant material, horticulture principles, irrigation design
- Good presentation skills
- Available to travel for work as needed
