Description
As an inside sales/customer service representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process from first contact through order shipment. You will need to demonstrate excellent service and professionalism with customers via webstore interactions, emails, phone calls and zoom. You will also help quote, develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales. You must possess excellent communication skills and follow through. You need to have the ability to multi task and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Responsible for quoting, order entry and follow up of orders
- Coordinate ship dates and service issues through manufacturing
- Work with accounting to establish credit terms
- Use excellent oral and written communication when interacting with customers
- Work within JDE and HubSpot
- Work with IT to help implement new processes and testing
- Provide sales/financial reports as needed daily, weekly, etc.
- No travel required
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of customer service and/or sales
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Ability to build customer rapport
- Must be able to practically solve problems
- Willing to work in all areas of Geospace sales
- Must be coachable
- Able to work both onsite or remotely
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- Project management experience (a plus)
- Bilingual a plus – English and Spanish
