Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Open and close switchboard.
- Answering switchboard calls and directing individuals to the proper location/ employee.
- Greeting visitors (walk-ins) and notifying the proper individuals of visitors arrival.
- Required to cross train with the "Office Services" position and fill in when needed.
- Responsible for processing invoices from office and coffee vendors for approval.
- Miscellaneous duties as required- Including but not limited to the following:
- Reconciliation (bill pay) for Corp Travel card.Reconciliation (bill pay) for Office Services transactions
- Assist planning/setup for Corp Events, Board Meetings, etc.
Qualifications
Skills/Experience:
- Switchboard / multi-line telephone experience.
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong clerical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate with people in various capacities and at all levels.
- Must have professional appearance.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Formal training in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
