GeoSurfaces Southeast is seeking an Installation Crew Supervisor to lead field team in the installation of light poles, scoreboards, signage, base systems, and occasionally turf systems. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in equipment operation, and a focus on ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of infrastructure projects.

- Supervise and coordinate installation crew to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Oversee installation for light poles, scoreboards, signage, and turf when required.
- Lead the installation of light poles, scoreboards, signage, and related infrastructure, ensuring proper anchoring, alignment, and electrical connections.
- Operate and manage skid steers, backhoes, cranes, and manlifts to assist with installations.
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and site layouts to guide workflow and team assignments.
- Provide layout for proper locations and elevations for installations.
- Ensure all installations meet structural, safety, and electrical requirements as per project specifications.
- Conduct safety meetings, site inspections, and enforce OSHA compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on installation techniques, equipment operation, and job site safety.
- Collaborate with project managers to track materials, plan schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure functionality.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns related to installations.
- 5 years of experience in installation of light poles, scoreboards, signage, base systems, and occasionally turf.
- Proficiency in operating skid steers, cranes, augers, drills, manlifts, and other heavy equipment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in construction or infrastructure installation.
- Strong understanding of sign and sports lighting installation
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Licensed electrician would be a preferred but not required
- Crane Operator & Manlift Certification
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- Heavy Equipment Operator Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
